Payroll Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly payroll process including data entry, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements.
- Ensure all payroll-related matters are handled systematically, accurately and promptly
- Understand Malaysia Employment Act 1957
- Experience in piece rate type of payroll and familiar with Exacom system is an added advantage
- Update and maintain employees’ profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records.
- Preparation of HR related letters and correspondences and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Assist with handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution that is compliant with labour law and regulations. and in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in processing employee claims and insurance.
- Provide support on managing staff welfare, including foreign workers and their accommodation.
- Undertake filing as and when required
- Able to multitask, assist in HR matters and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
