1. Greet customers with a consistently positive and helpful attitude. Always smile and cheerful face when do zoning at selling area.
2. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers by handling cash, credit card or e-wallet. Track transactions on report if facing any discrepancies during closing day.
3. Responsible to ensure all machines or play equipment is functioning and able to perform daily opening checklist .
4. Performing basic cleaning such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and machines/play equipment disinfection.
5. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
6. Able to perform daily, weekly and monthly stock take by referring standard SOP and keep updated inventory record at backroom and selling area by daily basic
7. Handle customers’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to company policy.
8. Avoid misconduct, dishonesty, misuse of company's properties which adversely affects company
9. Communicate effectively with team members and superior to create work schedules and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed
10. Perform manual repairs when necessary such as fix locks, replace light bulbs, repair wire casing and etc.
11. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code
12. Able to conduct and handle kids events and activities.
13. Performs additional duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,950.00 per month
