Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage chiller units, precision air conditioners, water supply and drainage, and pipeline valve systems in the data center;

2. Responsible for safety management within the assigned area, inspect the operation of air conditioning systems, and carry out troubleshooting and emergency repairs;

3. Develop and implement maintenance plans for the air conditioning system, ensuring the fulfillment of maintenance contracts and the implementation of energy-saving measures for air conditioning equipment operation;

4. Develop operation specifications and work instructions for air conditioning system equipment, along with other related O&M systems (including but not limited to SOP, EOP, MOP, preventive maintenance lists, inspection lists);

5. Oversee on-site supervision of HVAC-related engineering projects, participate in final acceptance reviews, and manage related documentation, O&M tools, and inspections;

6. Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to achieve data center infrastructure O&M energy-saving targets, and improve energy efficiency (PUE value);

7. Review daily maintenance reports, evaluate the rationality of the repair process and the accuracy of work hours, and provide air conditioning skills training and capacity building for team members.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in HVAC or mechanical and electrical related fields;

2. More than 2 years of hands-on experience in the professional operation and maintenance management of air conditioning systems, chiller units, and pipeline valves in data centers or large comprehensive buildings;

3. Familiar with the principles, operation, and key points of maintenance for air conditioning, chillers, and full refrigerant systems;

4. Possess solid professional experience, especially in practical operation, with the ability to independently troubleshoot HVAC system failures;

5. Proficient in using tools like AUTOCAD for mechanical and electrical drawings, and familiar with office software such as Microsoft Office;

6. Good verbal and written communication skills, proactive in work, and able to handle certain levels of work pressure.
