Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall project activities development for multiple projects across all process, including initiation, planning, execution monitoring, cost control and closure.
• Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
• Prepare project costing, schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor site progress and design stages in order to meet the costs, quality and timelines
• Responsible for all project’s correspondence and documentations.
• Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
• Reporting to Project Director and Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Preferably Managers with 3 years' working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
• Able to write & communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working and can work independently.
• Good communication, self motivated and interpersonal skill.
• Willing to travel and preferably willing to work outstation as and when is required. Working location varies.

Working Location:

Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Working Hour:

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm,

Saturday 9am-3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
