To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in overall site works.
Managing the site day-to-day, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
To study and check construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
To ensure that all works carried out on projects are handled in accordance with the related work instructions and project requirements.
Overseeing building or infrastructure construction, selection, and requisition of materials.
To coordinate with the purchasing department in acquisition of materials required for project use.
To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time.
To attend Site Meeting and to handle all complaints from customers.
To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectification works, if any.
Working with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and the creation of a safe working environment.
To perform any other duties set by the company policy, management or direct superior, which does not include in the above-mentioned descriptions.
To execute any other duties as and when required by immediate superior and Management.
