Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally, determine their purpose, and notify appropriate staff or department
- Assist with administrative tasks, including receiving, sorting, and distributing letters, documents, parcels, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain organized filing and record systems, handling clerical duties as needed.
- Perform daily office tasks such as document processing, data entry, and monitoring and ordering office supplies to keep the reception area and office well-stocked.
- Prepare and bind reports and support document preparation as required.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin, with a pleasant appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, with high commitment, responsibility, and reliability.
- Must have good attendance and be dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in Metro Prima Kepong.
- Available to work Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm).
