Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally, determine their purpose, and notify appropriate staff or department
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including receiving, sorting, and distributing letters, documents, parcels, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain organized filing and record systems, handling clerical duties as needed.
  • Perform daily office tasks such as document processing, data entry, and monitoring and ordering office supplies to keep the reception area and office well-stocked.
  • Prepare and bind reports and support document preparation as required.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin, with a pleasant appearance and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, with high commitment, responsibility, and reliability.
  • Must have good attendance and be dependable.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in Metro Prima Kepong.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm).
