About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will administer the company’s quality program, continually improving the quality of products and services to achieve total customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with various departments, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting customer and third-party audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the company’s quality program to enhance product and service quality, achieving total customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure product quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Manage product quality assurance, conduct periodic production line audits, and collaborate with process owners on internal quality issues such as ICR, INCR, and outgoing rejects.
  • Facilitate quality improvement and problem-solving programs.
  • Identify, initiate, and champion the resolution of cross-functional issues through system or procedural development.
  • Support customer and third-party audits, focusing on process and product quality.
  • Serve as an ISO9001 Internal Auditor.
  • Lead Line QRQC improvements to reduce process scrap.
  • Manage customer complaints using 8D reports, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Validate complaints and provide containment action plans within one working day.
  • Collaborate with process engineers, production executives, and APU managers on 8D reports, responding to customers within 5 working days using the QRQC methodology.
  • Follow up closely with customers on 8D reports until acceptance/closure.
  • Present 8D reports to customers when requested.
  • Update complaint details, including root causes and corrective actions, into Lynx when applicable.
  • Review and audit key process quality documents such as PFMEA, Process Control Plan, and Inspection Standards.
  • Respond to customer requests, including surveys, PPAP, and OGI reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holders with 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Degree holders with 2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO/IATF16949 implementation is essential.
  • Experience in Total Quality Management (TQM) is required.
  • Knowledge of assembly processes, particularly PCBA or connector assembly, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and experience in conducting quality audits.
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO/IATF16949 quality systems.
  • Ability to work independently with a forward-thinking attitude.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new challenges.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
