Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR management with a focus on compensation and benefits, including payroll, provide support for HR general functions, talent acquisition, HR administration, HR operations, performance and office administration
- Coordinate and manage all hiring needs, training needs, plans and executions including coordination, maintaining, and managing a HR team as well as external recruitment and training providers.
- Administration of Employee Pass Management for Foreign Hires in Malaysia, including liaising with Immigration Department and MDEC Foreign Knowledge Workers.
- Administration and monitoring of foreign workers in overseas locations and manage Employer of Record service providers.
- Handle application of JTKSM approval for hiring expatriates
- Manage MyFutureJobs job vacancies for local and expatriates hiring, submission of Hiring Outcome Report (HOR) to PERKESO for approval to hire expatriates via MDec system.
- Manage compliance and timely submission of statutory documents and payments, e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF.
- Liaise with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, Immigration, external auditors, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, landlord, insurance providers and relevant local authorities, where required.
- End-Year performance review together with computation and cost impact analysis in increment and yearly bonus if any.
- Managing the insurance policies of employee which includes dealing with agent and assist employee during emergencies.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Handle employees’ grievances and disciplinary issues if any.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in IT industry or similar industry
- Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
