Job Description :-

  • To handle daily transaction activity especially daily sweeping bank balance and basic cash flow function.
  • To make sure all the transaction recorded in the accounting system for purpose on monthly closing.
  • Reconciling Financial statements (Preparing month end schedules, reconciliation, and internal management report)
  • Filing of income tax returns (preparing provisional tax computation, tax schedule etc).
  • Ensuring precise data entry
  • Entering financial data in prepayments, accruals and reclassifications.
  • Process improvement
  • Liaise with bankers, tax agent, auditors etc
  • Others assignments as a assign by superior

Requirement :-

  • Degree in accounting OR finance
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc) would be an added advantage
  • Experience with Money Lending industry would be an added avantage.
  • External audit experience would be an added advantage

Skills :-

  • Possess strong analytical skills, high level on integrity
  • Inndependent and team player
  • A sharp eye for details
  • Phenomenal math skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office program (Especially Microsoft excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot table etc.)
  • Ability to manage multi-task simultaneously
  • Illustrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Pro-active and result oriented
  • Ability to work with non-financial/operation department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
