Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the

benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a

difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for

building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to

promote our products, services and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services

in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

• To conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, website etc.),

exhibitions and promotional events.

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

• Create, build and manage rich content that can attract the desired audience.

• Maintain relationships with business partners and industrial organizations to ensure

collaboration in promotional activities

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Optimizing our marketing campaigns the drives traffic, increase customer engagement, leads

and eventually sales.

• Conduct analytics with the Marketing team to understand the effectiveness of our programs and

to help fine-tune future campaigns.

• Collaborate with manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Any other marketing related activities as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Passionate about marketing, experience in b2b marketing.

• Candidates must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media,

Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Creativity and commercial awareness.

• Min 4-years relevant working experience.

• Past experience with the online community management, copywriting, blogging, influencer etc

would be advantageous.

• Good English writing and communications skills are essential, other language skills would be

advantageous.

• Analytical team player that is flexible in adapting to the fast-changing environment.
