Responsibilities
- Manage and attend to customer's call, understand the customer's needs, and provide support and solution to customer.
- Create interaction log accurately to ensure conversations are being tracked.
- Ensure good adherence to schedule by monitoring punctuality, unscheduled breaks as well as meal break time.
- Adhere to call transaction monitoring required and superior quality of service.
Qualifications
- SPM and above, preferred with working experience in Customer Service industry
- Good verbal communication skills. (English, Bahasa Malaysia)
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to start work immediately.

Pay: RM2,150.00 - RM3,150.00 per month
