Responsibilities

  • Manage and attend to customer's call, understand the customer's needs, and provide support and solution to customer.
  • Create interaction log accurately to ensure conversations are being tracked.
  • Ensure good adherence to schedule by monitoring punctuality, unscheduled breaks as well as meal break time.
  • Adhere to call transaction monitoring required and superior quality of service.

Qualifications

  • SPM and above, preferred with working experience in Customer Service industry
  • Good verbal communication skills. (English, Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,150.00 - RM3,150.00 per month
