- Perform various secretarial duties such as filing, answering phones, taking messages, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, handling information requests, making travel arrangements and other similar tasks.
- Travel arrangements and logistics locally and overseas including accommodation.
- Handle all outgoing and incoming correspondences via mail, hand delivery or courier.
- Perform clerical duties including typing, copying and taking minutes at meetings.
- Coordinates with relevant parties on meeting schedules.
- Coordinate / arrange refreshments for meetings, periodic get-together/birthday celebrations (where necessary).
- All other administrative roles deemed necessary for the smooth running of the office.
Job Requirements
- Completed secondary school education and with a Diploma / Certificate in Secretarial ship.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of running an office.
- Good professional typing.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with all level of staff.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in fast-pace environment.
- Team player.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Secretarial & Administration function(s).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
