- Check and monitor emails for all staff
- Ensure all documents are saved in the Company Drive
- Plan and monitor monthly sales targets
- Ensure and monitor the cleanliness of the center/office
- Monitor the total daily count of students for each program
- Review staff work schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in branch management or operations management, preferably in a education industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, technicians, and contractors
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement
- High level of accuracy in managing operations, inventory, and job assignments
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and implementing solutions
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
