  • Plan and monitor monthly sales targets
  • Ensure and monitor the cleanliness of the center/office
  • Monitor the total daily count of students for each program
  • Review staff work schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in branch management or operations management, preferably in a education industry
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, technicians, and contractors
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement
  • High level of accuracy in managing operations, inventory, and job assignments
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues and implementing solutions
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
