ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities & Duties: • To lead and facilitate the department and all subordinates in achieving Sales and Operational KPI as formulated by company. • To expedite quotation completion and receiving of PO from customer. • To establish working procedures and others level documents and comply to contract, company and standard/code requirements. • To establish, finalize the scope of work and technical requirements with client and clearly communicate with team. • Lead repair and maintenance team which are include of engineer, supervisor and technicians • To lead and review as found report, prepare job costing and quotation. • To lead and delegate jobs accordingly, to ensure delivery date is met. • To produce maintenance & service schedule based availability of resources including 3rd party support • Lead team in job execution monitoring and status. Report to QHSE Dept. and HOD on QHSE related matters, such as non – conformance, customer’s complaints and other technical issues. • To plan and execute site visit in accordance to customer requirement and ensure report available for reference. • Communicate regularly with others department such as TPC, QHSE, Account, HR/Admin etc in expediting request & resolving any operational & logistic issues. • To ensure the jobs executed within costing limit and achieve set profit margin as calculated. • To work closely with QHSE Department in resolving any non-conformance and incident/accident and comply to company’s Quality/HSE management System. • To actively participate in any company’s continual improvement activities and Quality/HSE programs. • To ensure all equipment are properly maintained and calibrated within scheduled interval time frame. • To assist Sales/BDD in any Business Development activities. • To prepare department budget, monitor and control expenses. • To establish training module and execute the training in repair & maintenance services for rotating & static and machining
