Client Acquisition 1)Identify, strategise and execute implementation of targeting and reaching potential prospects who would benefit from our financial literacy training modules and convert it into paid training programmes (under HRD Corp, ePerolehan or self-pay). 2)Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential prospects, existing clients' databases to showcase our company's available training programmes. 3)Organise and conduct prospects, clients' meetings and presentations leading to closing of paid training programmes and packages. 4)Meet and complete the daily, weekly, monthly sales calls and email reaches to hit the given sales targets. 5)Coordination with marketing team to support your sales activities. Client Relationship Management 1)Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 2)Ensure clients' happiness and satisfactions by providing excellent rapport and support, which leads to repeated paid training programmes or engagements. 3)Usage of CRM software to track, record and manage customer interations and sales progress. Market Research 1)Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and up and coming opportunities. 2)Analyse available internal and external market data to identify potential collaborations, engagements and areas for growth. Report and Analysis 1)Monitor, track and present sales performance metrics and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis. 2)Consistently meet the given sales KPI on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis. 3)Usage of data and insights to make informed decisions and proposal of engagements. Event Management 1)Full participation and presence during financial literacy webinars, training programmes, seminars, workshops or events to perform sales closing on attendees. 2)Promote training programmes during the company's online and offline engagements.
