Lead Categorisation Executive

1. Oversee the creation of new product pages, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of data accuracy. 2. Lead the team in validating data sources and product lists, minimizing errors and preventing fraudulent listings from entering the database. 3. Manage the filtering, updating, and cleaning of data sources using internal tools, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data. 4. Supervise the publication of changes to the database for scheduled data refreshes, ensuring timely updates. 5. Oversee the integration of new merchant feeds into our database, ensuring a seamless process. 6. Monitor merchant feed freshness, promptly reporting and addressing any errors or discrepancies. 7. Lead and mentor the categorisation team, providing training and ensuring continuous improvement in processes and performance. Requirement: 1. 4-5 years of experiences in data quality management, product categorization, and regional market operations 2. Expertise in data quality management 3. Proficiency in Vietnamese and/or Thai language for merchant communication 4. Leadership experience in regional markets (i.e. Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines)
