Primarily responsible for identifying and developing Integrated Logistics business. Work closely with Key Account Manager, Sales Team, Business Support Team, Air Freight Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customs Regulatory Compliance Manager, General Manager Freight Forwarding and Managing Director to implement strategies to maximize yield from all product and gain higher business share for GAC within the Malaysian Market. 1. To achieve personal Operating Income target. -3 times cost to the company 2. Quotation i) Quotation Strike Rate : 40% Quotation Strike Rate ii) Promptly send quotations to clients and maintain a very close follow up on all quotations sent out : 40 quotes per month 3. i) Prepare Weekly Sales Visit Plan and enter details of visit in GAC Sales system : 48 sales visit per month ii) Target and secure new client : secure 4 new clients per month 4. Ensure that credit approvals are in place for all credit clients handled by sales team. Assist Finance department in maintaining the receivables from credit accounts within agreed terms. -average ageing 30 days 5. Actively pass- on sales leads to sales teams within GAC Malaysia and overseas GAC Companies and agents. Similarly try to capitalize on all sales leads and convert them into business. -4 sales lead sent per month
