Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation and Sorting: Prepare, compile, and sort documents for efficient data entry.
- Data Verification: Verify and log the receipt of data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Transcription: Accurately transcribe source data into the required electronic format.
- High-Volume Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Data Integrity Assurance: Compare entered data against source documents to verify accuracy.
- Error Resolution: Review data for errors, missing pages, or incomplete information, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Filing and Confidentiality: Maintain an organized filing system and safeguard confidential customer information.
- Data Retrieval: Respond to requests for data retrieval from databases or electronic filing systems.
- Productivity Standards: Achieve and maintain satisfactory levels of quality and productivity as per department standards.
- Additional Tasks: Complete any additional tasks or assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Business Admin.
- Good attention to details (ATD).
- Proactive and independent.
