  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : CMM Programmer

Competency:

· Degree/Diploma in Engineering with 3 years working experience

· Proficiency in English

· Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibility:

· Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding CMM inspection data of the products and also has to make recommendation to rectify and advise on the affected dimension data.

· Create the CMM Program as per CAD file and 2D drawing. Responsible on any CMM program issues and capable to rectify it.

· Register on the CMM Program that has been created into Master List and the update on the NC program accordingly.

· Actively involved on the FA development stages and APQP team. Capable to measure on the FA part and trouble shooting on the FA Inspection and program.

· Cooperate with customers to perform audits of QA operations to assure conformance to and the effectiveness of, the established policies and procedures

· Provide periodic reports to management, indicating results of audits, quality trends and overall Quality assurance performance

· To ensure the product of company meet quality standards such ISO 9001 & AS9100D

· Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests conducted on products of the company

· Maintain the checklist of inspection and the FA documents processes and protocols used within the company.

· Support other assigned activities when needed
