Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and guidance to customers.
  • Answering customer’s queries in any communication channel and provide the best solution to customers.
  • Update sales statement in the sales tracking system.
  • Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
  • Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.
  • Develops a strong relationship with customers and generates trust with an open and interactive communication.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications Comfortable with math and calculations.

  • A personality that is not afraid of challenges.
  • Learns about new [products or services] quickly.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection & good negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and research on the market trends.

  • Able to adapt to interacting with any client and have good understanding skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.
  • Good problem-solving skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
