- Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all documentation is properly completed for placing orders and making purchases.
· Liaise with courier & third-party forwarder for all import & export shipment.
· Packing and unboxing including goods inspection.
· Check deliveries for any discrepancies or damage.
· Load goods received down from vehicle or trolley.
· Perform data entry, accurate and up-to-date records in GRN Summary, Reservation Summary, Tracking Summary, Delivery Tracking, RMA Claim Form.
· Ensure that all items are adequately stocked and regularly updated.
· Monitor inventory levels for necessary adjustments and assign personnel to manage stock effectively.
· Perform duties assign by the superior / colleague.
· Multitasking when needed to.
Requirements:
· Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
· Familiar with warehouse activity and document flow.
· Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and lots of initiative.
· Training will be provided.
· Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
