This role will be a key member for customer service team, and is responsible include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate company services and products through email and phone.
Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Generate sales leads through various sales channels and achieve personal and company sales target
- Inform customer of ongoing promotions and provide accurate information for all courses
- Act as the company’s gatekeeper by handling both new inquiries and announcements to existing clients.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and relevant data
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Participate on behalf of the company in events or conferences
Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin is added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, negotiation and listening skills.
- Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
