The Operation Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding the resume editing team to deliver high-quality service to customers. You will ensure smooth team operations, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role also involves overseeing training, performance, and development to achieve team and company goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high morale and performance. Address all team escalations within 48 hours.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the production of resumes, ensuring they meet customer satisfaction and job-winning standards with zero errors.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve 100% of customer complaints within 48 hours and handle 1-on-1 cases with customers who don’t secure a job.
  • Team Development: Conduct monthly training sessions and ensure new hires are productive within 30 days, achieving 90% accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance against key metrics like order timeliness, resume quality, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree of relevant study
  • Proven experience in team leadership or operation management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience in resume editing or related fields is a plus.
  • This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara
