Key Responsibilities
· Configure, maintain and troubleshoot middleware software such as web servers, application servers, messaging systems and databases.
· Develop and implement strategies for middleware software upgrades and patch deployments.
· Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
· Create and maintain technical documentation related to middleware operations.
· Assist in the development of middleware-related policies and procedures.
· Provide technical support related to middleware software for users and administrators.
· Available to provide 24/7 support as required.
Qualifications
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· 2 to 3 years of experience in Middleware technologies
· In-depth knowledge of distributed computing systems, network and system design, and web services.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to configure and deploy middleware solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Bash.
· Familiarity with application servers, databases, and security protocols.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· IBM Products (MQ, ACE/Message broker, Cognos)
· CDN (Content Delivery Network) such as AKAMAI and Adobe Experience Manager
· Apache/Apache Webserver
· JBOSS EAP
· Java/OpenJDK

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
