Lead, Procurement

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise and directs purchasing functions such as product/service research, vendor selection, price and contract terms negotiation, purchase order completion and etc.
• To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate day-to-day operations of Purchasing Services.
• To ensure that Purchasing Services running costs are kept under control and all staff are aware of costs involved.
• To be responsible for all the purchase and ensure that stocks are maintained at an appropriate level.
• To document, implement and review the policies and procedures for the Purchasing Services
• To assist in Issuance of Purchase Order to suppliers and follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• Follow up on delivery order by suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Material Management, Logistic or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Healthcare Industry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
