- A bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverages.
- Leadership, communication, organization, customer service, menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and problem-solving. You should also have knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and trends.
