  • Execute processes and SOPs to ensure superior customer experience and operational standards.
  • Oversee food preparation and other kitchen operations
  • Manage purchase and logistics - Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas.
  • Manage Unit inventory, assets and reduce wastages in coordination with the Chef.
  • Address complaints regarding food quality or service

  • Grow the business through marketing initiatives in coordination with the Branding team.
  • Oversee kitchen hygiene and food safety standards as per standard guidelines and food and work safety protocols.
  • Reviewing or upgrading menus – Oversee development recipes in coordination with the Chef.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports and updates to Management.
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverages.
  • Leadership, communication, organization, customer service, menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and problem-solving. You should also have knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and trends.
