Position Summary: Project Operations & Production Specialist
The Project Operations & Production Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth project operations, managing production, onsite setup, and dismantling. You’ll coordinate and lead tasks to ensure projects run efficiently and meet Blue Apple Crafter’s high standards of delivery. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience, though we are open to those new to the field who demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented attitude and a can-do spirit for the commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production and Setup
- Lead tasks from initial production through to onsite setup and final dismantling to uphold project quality and timeline.
2. Inventory Management
- Organize and manage storeroom inventory for effective accessibility and operational efficiency.
3. Team Collaboration
- Engage in effective teamwork with proactive and clear communication.
4. Travel and Flexibility
- Ability to travel independently as per project needs.
- Able to speak in English
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred;
- Open to candidates new to the field with a keen learning attitude, constructive multitasking/organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective and collaborative communication capabilities.
- Ready with own transport to meet travel requirements.
