  • Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Department and assist in liaising with bankers regarding purchasers' loan application status.
  • Assist in ensuring all SPA and sales documentation are completed, executed, and properly recorded.
  • Handle correspondence from purchasers, bankers, government loan divisions, and lawyers related to sales and loan documentation.
  • Assist in the timely issuance of progress billings, official receipts, late payment interest, and reminders.
  • Support in managing all matters related to the redemption and collection of progress payments.
  • Help maintain an up-to-date aging/collection report.
  • Update and maintain an accurate customer mailing list in the database system, track sales status, and assist in preparing monthly sales reports for management and the accounts department.
  • Assist with sub-sale, refinancing documentation, and the completion of property transfers.
  • Support the issuance of notices of vacant possession, billing, and maintenance charges.
  • Perform other administrative duties and assignments as required by the management.
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage

  • Basic understanding of sales and loan documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with property transactions, SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreements), and loan application procedures.
