- Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Department and assist in liaising with bankers regarding purchasers' loan application status.
- Assist in ensuring all SPA and sales documentation are completed, executed, and properly recorded.
- Handle correspondence from purchasers, bankers, government loan divisions, and lawyers related to sales and loan documentation.
- Assist in the timely issuance of progress billings, official receipts, late payment interest, and reminders.
- Support in managing all matters related to the redemption and collection of progress payments.
- Help maintain an up-to-date aging/collection report.
- Update and maintain an accurate customer mailing list in the database system, track sales status, and assist in preparing monthly sales reports for management and the accounts department.
- Assist with sub-sale, refinancing documentation, and the completion of property transfers.
- Support the issuance of notices of vacant possession, billing, and maintenance charges.
- Perform other administrative duties and assignments as required by the management.
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage

- Basic understanding of sales and loan documentation processes.
- Familiarity with property transactions, SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreements), and loan application procedures.
- Knowledge of general office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with database management systems.
