Key Responsibilities: • Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive personalized and memorable service, fostering strong guest relations and positive PR for the hotel. • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, F&B outlets, and the functions hall. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of dedicated staff to maintain hospitality standards. • Event Coordination: Manage the functions hall for events, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. • Revenue & Budget Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. • Marketing & Branding: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the hotel & café ensuring alignment with the hotel concept. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Requirements: • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and building positive PR. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team. • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and additional languages as an advantage. • Experience managing events and F&B operations is a strong plus. • Proficient in hotel management systems and booking platforms.
