Requirements: • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and building positive PR. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team. • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and additional languages as an advantage. • Experience managing events and F&B operations is a strong plus. • Proficient in hotel management systems and booking platforms.
