Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales and purchasing within the manufacturing industry or semiconductor company. Strong command of written and spoken English; Korean language skills are a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and IT savvy. Responsible for ensuring a monthly increase in sales to boost company profits. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery of goods. Review and analyze purchase requisitions to determine the most cost-effective sourcing strategy. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability. Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to optimize procurement costs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to avoid stock shortages. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and purchasing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and purchasing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
