Site Supervisor, Solar

1. To supervise and inspect the solar project implementation, operation and maintenance at SDGRE’s various sites. 2. To carry out onsite technical supervision and support by monitoring day to day construction activities. Inspect the workmanship, quality and safety at sites and operation followed by providing reports to superiors. Conduct regular site inspection and checking that contracts, plans or specifications at site are being followed correctly. 3. To carry out site’s safety personnel duty, include but not limited to safety inspection, reporting, assist Safety Officer, when necessary, enforcement of safety practice for all project and asset’s site, according to the law and regulation as guided by NIOSH and other related authorities 4. To assist on document control, record keeping, documentation and administration works for solar projects, operation and maintenance. 5. Assist project team for necessary liaison and communication with stake holders (i.e appointed vendors, local operational personnel, inspectors from local authorities) Execute any other tasks deemed appropriate and relevant to the business activities as assigned or agreeable by the superiors. Requirement Education / Professional Qualification 1. Diploma in Any Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering 2. Attended NIOSH training module for Safety Officer / SSS 3. At least 5 years working experience in site supervision, contract management and safety inspection. Added advantage for working experience in Large Scale Solar site supervision .
