Position Title: HR & Admin Manager

My client is a leading Japanese MNC specializing in positioning tools for construction and optical instruments for healthcare. Currently, they are looking for a “HR & Admin Manager” with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and aligning HR strategies to lead a team of 4 and support organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs monthly payroll processing and administration
  • Develop compensation structures and oversee employee benefits programs (insurance, bonuses, etc.).
  • Planning and implementation of staff training programmes (both internal and external)
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
  • Performing general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims if required
  • Manage all regulatory legislations and communicate with the authorities
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
  • Plan and implement events to enhance Employee Engagement
  • Assist in the managing of HR manpower budgeting & department budget control
  • Stakeholder management, acts as the point of contact between management and employees.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Good communications and planning skills
  • Experience working with a HRIS system, preferably with Workday
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Is motivated and self-driven; able to work well under tight deadline with minimum supervision
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills Positive attitude and willing to take on additional responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
