Job Responsibilities:
- Work on traces that originates from service station and other countries.
- Create Outbound traces and follow up necessary.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on the trace and escalation case.
- Update and sending daily report.
- Standby to clear any task that management have assign for earlier work hours.
- Investigate root causes of issues faced by shipper or consignee and provide an accurate resolution.
- Respond to shipper or consignee’s enquiry on a timely manner on email.
- Update statuses of issues on CRM.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job requirements
- Education: Minimum STPM / Diploma in any studies.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Experienced in using CRM module.
- Possess a minimum of 1 years in a Customer Service Representative.
- Candidate with logistic background is encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner - communicate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Typing Speed > 65 WPM.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
