Warehouse Assistant

Responsibility:

Validator:

• To assist on oracle pick load and pick drop issue
• Monitoring validator process order follow packing operation instruction
• Pass down the information clearly to operation for special request
• Make sure to follow up any outstanding issues till complete

PPS:

• To assist on oracle having ship confirm issue
• Monitoring PPS process order follow time sensitive ship confirm
• Monitor PPS on accuracy of label and CFD paste on carton
• Monitor PPS perform on order have special request

Sorter:

• Receive pick slip and physical from kitter
• Check the Physical Part Number and Quantity with Pick Slip
• Record wrong pull, short pull and extra pull into excel file for leader
• Perform sorting base on source line and reference quantity and into plastic bag

Data Entry:

• Email planner for invoice issue
• Invoice to generate GR
• Key in incoming detail
• Key in WMS for incoming and outgoing inventory and afterward key in ZB number

General:

• To assist the executive lead the team and make sure the process go smoothly without any failure
• Organize and assist fully in logistics operations related activities.
• To trouble shoot the daily issue ; irregularity shipments
• Make sure to meet the customer satisfaction on the KPI that set by customer.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM
• Basic computer literacy
• Communication skill
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work on shift hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
