This role requires a strong background in mechanical or electrical automation, with excellent project management and team leadership skills. Additionally, the position requires a 1-3 month practical training program in Dalian to enhance equipment management skills.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Equipment Management and Maintenance: o Develop and execute equipment management plans to ensure efficient operation and regular maintenance. o Oversee the installation, commissioning, and operation of equipment, and address any technical issues or equipment failures promptly. • Project Management and Technical Improvement: o Manage equipment upgrades and technical improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and product quality. o Lead and guide the technical team to ensure project completion on time and according to quality standards. • Training and Support: o Participate in a 1-3 month practical training program in Dalian to gain advanced equipment management practices. o Apply acquired knowledge to daily work and provide technical support and training to the team. • Documentation and Drawing Management: o Use CAD and other drawing software for equipment drawings and documentation management. o Develop and maintain equipment operation manuals and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. ________________________________________ Key Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Automation. Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical automation, with prior experience in equipment management and maintenance preferred. Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in CAD and other drawing software, able to independently complete equipment drawings and modifications. • Strong project management and team leadership skills, capable of driving technical improvement projects effectively. • Familiar with daily maintenance and management processes for equipment, with solid troubleshooting abilities. • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
