Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client shipments and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- A diploma/degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A network of industry contacts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
