Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client shipments and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma/degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A network of industry contacts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
