1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a business-related subject.
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ HR experience in a manager role.
3. Good working knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
4. Excellent understanding of HR practices.
5. Good understanding and technical abilities within all HR departmental areas including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development and HR systems.
6. A confident leader with experience in leading a team.
7. People oriented and results driven.
8. Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
9. Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Oversee all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, recruitment, and workforce administration.
3. Manage talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and determine hiring processes for new hires.
4. Monitor training needs, develop and manage employee training programs.
5. Manage employee compensation & benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonusses.
6. Manage employee relations and conduct conflict management and resolution.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures.
8. Lead, provide guidance and support where needed to the HR & Admin. staff.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
