Responsibilities:

  • Perform helpdesk support common/quick fix solution to end users over the phone/email/remote assistance.
  • Provide efficient and effective support on daily Call Centre Operation.
  • Handle and resolve incoming calls (including product enquiries, service request, feedback & complaints) as per contact centre standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Ability to multi-task systems while providing service and resolving customer issues, upgrades, etc.
  • Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment.
  • Performed a variety of concurrent tasks, handled escalations, time critical issues, maintained time sensitive records and create reports.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Requirement:

  • Cert / Diploma in Customer Service or Public Relation
  • Responsible, independent, excellent in time management and to be multi-tasking.
  • Dynamic in the interaction with colleagues and have good working attitude.
  • Good communication skill in verbal and written – English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
