1. General Office Administration:Handle day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are adequately stocked.Maintain and update company documents, databases, and records.
2. Communication and Coordination:Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external partners.
3. Document Preparation:Draft, format, and proofread business letters, reports, and presentations.Manage and maintain company documentation, both digital and physical.Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
