Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and successful completion of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, from planning and design to construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Development:
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for proposed solar projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and consultants to finalize project plans.
  • Execution and Management:
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Supervise on-site construction, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve project-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
  • Oversee commissioning and handover processes.
  • Monitor system performance and address any post-installation issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing solar energy or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation processes, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with CAD software.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
