1. Perform In-House or remote troubleshooting, of company products, in the scope of hardware and software to maximize the device up-time 2. Communicate with Korea HQ Technical Support team for troubleshooting and learning up-to- date technical information 3. Report technical cases in hands to superior and HQ on a regular basis 4. Generate quotation, service contract, and follow-up payment collections for paid repair services 5. Manage equipment (demo machine) logistics and any necessity of the successful product on- site demonstration 6. Check physical inventory for company products and spare parts and coordinate with administration team 7. Responsible for setting up new devices by adhering to the procedures listed in the Pre- Delivery Order (Pre-DO) inspection process. 8. Communicate with Customers on the pre- and post-service activities to ensure that the customer is well informed on the device condition 9. Conduct proper follow-up to provide preventive maintenance and routine checks for customer device. 10. Report to immediate superior on all incidents, irregularities that occur in the job environment or situations related to the job. 11. Manage demo devices (repair & maintenance) & demo preparation for request from sales or clinical team 12. Communicate with customer regarding Hospital Information System (HIS) or any related IT issue. Requirements 1. Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic or relevant IT background. 2. Minimum 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in Medical Device industry is preferred. 3. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. 4. Able to work independently, self-motivated and diligent working. 5. Great troubleshooting skill. 6. Knowledge about Hospital Information System (HIS) 7. Able to handle customer’s queries and complaints. 8. Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
