MSPO MANAGER

I. Lead and guide the sustainability team in carrying out internal audits and preparation of external audits for RSPO/ISPO/MSPO Certification II. To prepare, develop and implement plan, standards, procedures & documentation system related to MSPO certification of estates against the requirement of the agreed certification standard. III. To develop, implement and monitor MSPO documentation including but not limited to SOPs, CSDS, MSDS, safety and health requirements as well as environmental related regulations IV. Ensure company and all the Operating Centres (OCs) in compliance with all state and federal Environmental, Sustainability, RSPO, MSPO, ISPO, ISCC statutes and regulations by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements. V. To conduct MSPO briefings and trainings to ensure company and all the Operating Centres (OCs) in compliance with all state and federal Environmental, Sustainability, RSPO, MSPO, ISPO, ISCC VI. Evaluate company’s environmental impact and propose for improvement and increase sustainable practices. VII. Communicate and coordinate with management to address sustainability issues and propose for plans and solutions. VIII. Prepare and update relevant report or data to management. IX. Any other ad hoc assignment required by management. REQUIREMENT: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Enviromental Studies/Biodiversity or Conservation/Agriculture Degree. 2. CePSWaM certified. 3. At least 5 years working experience with good knowledge in RSPO, MSPO, ISPO & ISCC and prior experience in Oil Palm Plantation Industry. 4. Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Good leadership, able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties and excellent organization skill. 6. Highly proficient with computers and ability to prepare reports 7. Willing to travel around the Operating Centre
