Job Description

  • General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies and operation support.
  • Monitor on daily basis - inventory level, inventory movement & purchasing.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and other necessary reports.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and stock take results to relevant departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Conduct monthly stocktakes to verify physical inventory against system records.
  • Analyse stock discrepancies and prepare detailed reports on variances.
  • Reconcile inventory records with physical counts, adjusting system data to reflect actual inventory levels.
  • Analyse inventory data to identify trends or recuring issues, potential shortages, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all 3rd party inventory, including products, raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Assist, and monitor outlet team in annual stock take to ensure stock take being done accurately.
  • Generate and ensure outlet team revert on the stock take verification and assist outlet team in providing accurate verification.
  • Ensure outlet comply with inventory management standards, policies, and procedures, including proper handling, storage, and display of inventory.
  • Collaborate with store managers and the account department to address discrepancies and develop solutions or action plans to reduce variance.
  • Generate reports summarizing audit results, compliance check, and inventory trends for management review.
  • Coordinate with audit visits to ensure all locations are reviewed within designated timelines.
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 1-2 years’ experience in inventory management.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Possess own transport, and willing to travel to retail outlets.
  • Responsible and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Have strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail to support our stock management and audit processes effectively.
  • Good in communication, able to communicate well with outlet PIC

Location: Petron Bukit Indah

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
