Marketing Executive (Skudai)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to manage and create marketing content on social media platforms including FB, IG with post items, FB ads, customer services.
• Handle customer inquiries through various channels (company hotline, social media) with helpful information and provide customer inquiries to relevant departments to resolve/improve it.
• Assist in planning, managing, and optimize company’s marketing projects and campaigns on various platforms such as FB, IG, Display Marketing etc.
• Manage Client feedback and proactively make adjustments to projects when needed.
• Responsible in editing photo and video of product then publish on social media platforms.
• Assist in organizing company events or campaigns.
• Devising impactful marketing strategies, analyzing customer's consume behavior with Management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field.
• Good sense in design, copywriting and video production preferred.
• Candidate must positive, active and creative mind, sensitive and have market sense
• Fresh graduate are welcomed.
• Able to work at Taman Universiti. Working Hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) / 8.30am-1.00pm (Sat - Alternate)
