Reporting to Business Development Director, the Project Manager oversees the Local and Regional Sales performance in defined regions including Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia. Project Manager responsible to work closely together with the Sales team, Key Account Manager to support presales activity which include planning, designating project resources, preparing budgets, execution of projects, monitoring progress and actively communication with all stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities: • Be the main interface during the project towards the customer • Create project and milestone date/ planning in project management tool (OSIR tool) • Ensure that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned and executed • Able to lead project/program without supervision. • Rep or spoke person from G-COVE in project review meeting with customer/supplier. • To develop standardization and drive adherence to critical Supply Chain process, systems and functions; Establish systems and process to measure compliance to the standards. • Initiate process/systems to view and drive Supply Chain optimization. • Drive Operational Excellence such as cycle time improvement, material/freight cost reduction and etc. • Constantly keeping a keen eye on potential opportunity to improve business processes for material planning and manufacturing processes. • Drive/lead/manage project development and deployment to meet or exceed scope, schedule, and cost expectations/goals. • Manage project budget/spend to plan. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks. • Present project status update and recommendations to internal and external management. • Collaborate with project team members in Technical and Business functions to deliver successful projects and grow the business. • Lead/facilitate project team meetings, customer, and supplier meetings. • Lead project teams to navigate/resolve issues and deliver better outcomes. • Manage both internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure project process lifecycle governance. • Perform any other tasks as assigned by Business Development Director/CEO • Travelling is required within the region
