Reporting to Business Development Director, the Business & Customer Development Manager oversees the Local and Regional Sales performance in defined regions including Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia. Business & Customer Development Manager responsible to work closely together with the Project team, Key Account Manager to support presales activity which include planning, designating project resources, preparing budgets, execution of projects, monitoring progress and actively communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1) Market Research and Client Acquisition • To identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • To conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • To develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence. • To collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. • To provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. • Represent G-COVE at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance the company's visibility. • Occasionally travel overseas to meet with international clients/partners and attend any industry events/exhibition. 2) Strategic Planning and Partnership Development • To contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic plans for business growth. • To identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and opportunities. • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. • To ensure alignment of business development activities with the technical capabilities and requirements of the Project Management. • Maintained a strong understanding of industry regulations, ensuring compliance in all business development activities. • Contributed significantly to the identification and evaluation of new markets, to support G-COVE ongoing expansion strategies. • To develop persuasive business proposals and presentations, effectively articulating G-COVE unique value proposition.
