Project Manager (Construction)

Job description Responsibilities:- 1. Assisting Managing Director in project brief development and project initiation processes. 2. Manage the planning and construction of medium size building projects. 3. Proven ability to chair meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors and document outcomes. 4. Design management of consultants and Superintending Officer (SO) role under building project over minimum RM50mil. 5. Implementing the company project procedures and policies. 6. Implementing project documentation control systems. 7. Project programming, monitoring physical progress action program. 8. Create working relationships and managing staff. Requirements: 1. Relevant Degree in Construction, Project Management & Architecture. 2. Has a thorough knowledge in developing project programs and experience in successfully completing projects in accordance with the program. 3. An excellent command of spoken and written English language 4. A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively 5. Proficient and high degree of confident in Microsoft Project, Office, Design BIM Revit 6. Experience in construction industry is highly preferable. 7. Experience in the management of design teams and design process. 8. Experience in managing the tender process for supply & construction contracts and implementation of those contracts. 9. Proven experience in running an education project and coordinating with academics in development of project brief. 10. High degree of experience in managing design team and managing main building contract on building site. 11.
