Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders to manufacturers/ suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance, and inventories control
· Escalation of orders with manufacturers/ suppliers to fulfill customers’ requests
· Inventory planning and control, expediting and follow-up on orders and shipments clearance, and management to meet customers’ requests (this may include short lead-time orders)
· Demand planning, material replenishment planning, monitoring of forecast entered by Sales team- highlight if the forecast vs actual variance is out too much
· To monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at safety level
· Issue of Purchase Order with correct Shipping/Delivery term and pricing
· Follow-up to ensure the best payment term is granted by manufacturers/ suppliers
· Checking on orders process and schedules with manufacturers/ suppliers, arrangement of shipment clearance for storage, etc.
· Perform Good Receive in SAP and validate supplier invoices
· Negotiate with sales and suppliers
· Performing shipping documentation
· Perform GRN
· Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisor

· Able to work in a face-paced environment

· Able to handle large volume of work
