Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the preparation of restaurant operation by following procedures of work during set up and production time.
2. Process bills and money collection as per SOP and assists in clearing tables.
3. Check orders are taken by following SOP.
4. Check the preparation of food and beverage are strictly followed the standard operating procedures.
5. Fully aware of knowledge of menu in the outlets and understanding of ingredients used in all products.
6. Ensure product and service quality are consistent and reject products which do not meet quality standard.
7. Perform duties which instructed by immediate superior and seek further advice and authorization from superior when necessary.
8. Ensure all products are available and well stocked for daily usage.
9. Ensure that all products used comply with First-In First-Out (FIFO) regulations, minimize waste and manage product quality.
10. Train service crew to fully understand the content, preparation and presentation of all menu items.
11. Actively communicate with customers to assess customer satisfaction, and report all customer comments and suggestions to superiors.
12. Follow proper health & safety procedures to ensure customer and staff welfare.
13. Attend the briefing to receive the clear message and assigned task given by superior on the target of the day.
14. Cooperate with kitchen crew to ensure best service quality provided to customers.
15. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and adhering to a corporate dress code.
16. Work closely and cooperate with other staffs in order to achieve highest possible satisfaction of food times.
17. To promote and maximize in-store sales, pay full attention to any activities/events in the store. Recommend cost reductions without compromising product and service quality and standards.
18. Assists in preparing sales, promotions and discounts report.
19. Fully understand restaurant safety and emergency procedures. Check staff to comply with fire, health, safety and hygiene laws and regulations.
20. Check staff to strictly adherence to safety & security regulations, including the handling of chemicals, ensures that the restaurant is safe and ideal for customers.
21. Report to your superior promptly if electrical appliances, tables, chairs, tableware, utensils or equipment are defective and cannot be used safely.
22. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Good computer skills (Microsoft – Excel, Word, etc)
- Barista skills is an advantage
- Addressing operational concerns and issues

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
