Human Resources Manager

• Must possess at least Degree/Master's in any related field.
• At least 5 years experience in HR field.
• Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents.
• Handle a full spectrum of human resource functions.
• Handle the monthly payroll and statutory payments.
• Link an organization’s management with its employees
• Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
• Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
• Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
• Handle disciplinary staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor and supervise HR Admin subordinates.
• Candidate must possess at least A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; with relevant working experience for a minimum of 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
